The Masters
The Masters is a major championship which will make a return in 2021. The week-long event will commence on 5th April and run until the 11th of the same month. It will be the first major of 2021. Golf enthusiasts are looking forward to the event after the cancellation of the 2020 edition due to the pandemic. The 85th edition will be at the Augusta National Golf Club located in Georgia. Fans are looking forward to seeing whether current champion Tiger woods will be defending his title after he underwent a medical procedure.
US Open
Golf fans will experience some enjoyable golfing action in the US Open competition which will go down in June. This is good news to golf lovers after a long period without enjoying the same. The competition will kick-off on 17th and close on 20th June. This will be the 121st edition and Torrey Pines-South Course will host the tournament. Fans are eagerly waiting to find out who will scoop the $2,250,000 winner’s prize.
PGA Championship
Lovers of golf will be enjoying the PGA Championships between the 20th and 23rd of May 2021. You can watch the event live at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort in the US or on your screen. The course can host 156 players and this year’s prize fund will be $1,980,000.
RBC Canadian Open
The 2020 RBC Canadian Open postponement was due to widespread travel bans. In 2021, fans expect competition at the St. George’s Golf Course from 10th to 13th June. Fans will be looking forward to finding out whether Rory Mcllroy’s record will be broken or not.
